The Colibri' 1001 is an automatic tube filling and closing machine which can be utilized for metal, plastic, polyfoil and laminate tubes with cassette infeed system. It is designed according to GMP standards and therefore suitable for sterile rooms and laminar flows. Quick interchangeability of closing groups when changing from metal to plastic tubes. It has fast size changeover without tools. Excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. Electronic dose adjustment system can memorize up to 50 dose changeovers. It is able to process up to 100 tubes per minute. The infeed system on this machine is designed to avoid contamination in the filling area.
